Reports include worksheets inventory, workbook analyze, details about formulas and constants, comments, shapes, charts, pivot tables, links and hyperlinks, errors in formulas, validation data and cells with conditional formatting etc. for each worksheet. Also a full code analyze with sections for references, procedures, declarations and components.

Worksheet compare

XL-Addin: Business professional add-ins

This feature allow user to quickly compare worksheets/ranges from the same or from different workbooks or even from the same worksheet.
Comparisons could be done by values or by formulas;
Could compare entire sheet or only selected range from different sheets.
Could compare various formats parameters like fonts, cells protection, pattern (color), cells alignment, orientation and number format.
Various comparisons parameters and settings like ignore hidden rows, ignore hidden columns, ignore constants values, case sensitive, trim space could be set.
The report is generated in a new Excel workbook, optionally could be also displayed in HTML format as web page.
If <watch options> is checked in comparison form then the differences could be easy monitored into the Watch window. This window will be automatically activated after generating the report. The existing info from watch window will not be deleted; the addresses will be added at the and. To navigate to a cell just double click on any field in watch window.
If <Create differences map> option is checked in comparison form then the differences could be easy monitored into the Map differences worksheet from comparison report. Each cell from map have a hyperlink to the equivalent master sheet cell.

Create content sheet

Quickly create a new sheet for navigation between workbooks sheets. Even you dont use large workbooks (with many worksheets) this feature is very useful.
In less than a second you will have an new elegant worksheet with links in each sheet to this content sheet. Two styles available (links in cells and links in shapes), colors are customizable.

Generate general values
Generates numeric values in 4 formats (integers, real numbers, hexadecimal numbers and percents)
Generates dates in various formats in a pre-defined format
Generate Booleans values (Yes/No, True/False)
Generate strings (text values)
Generates strings values in various formats (9 formats available);
User could set the length of the generated strings and the format (only uppercase, numeric +uppercase...)
Pick from list values:
User select a range and only the values from that range will be filled.
Support contiguous or continuous ranges.

Export from Excel to Power Point

Allow user to export ranges into a new or existing Power Point presentation in various formats (as image or Excel objects).
The export is fully customizable with a lot of options;
On Export as images there are several formats available (JPEG, Bitmap, GIF and PNG), all of them assuring an excellent quality for slides and a reduced size. This application uses a special technique for export as images and process the images before importing them in presentations. The quality is much better than in manually operations (copy ranges and paste them in presentation)
All operations could be automated: range detection, detection of positions and sizes;
User have the possibility to manually adjust the position and sizes using a preview of the slide!
Export uses Image Magick library for picture processing, assuring excellent quality and low sizes for presentations.
Using Import/Export settings for export, all settings for export (ranges to be exported, sizes, formats...) could be very easy exported to XML or imported from XML or from different workbooks.
T here are several way to automatically load ranges to be exported (autodetection using vary criteria, select and add using contextual menus added to Excel menus etc)
Other features:
Automatically add content slide (a new slide containing links to all other slides) and links to this slide in each slide
Progress bar: This option will add in each slide a progress that shows user how far in the presentation is.

This feature allows user to quickly export ranges from Excel in various formats. In less than a minute the data from your spreadsheets could be transformed into a business presentations or into elegant web pages with navigation and links.
Export as web page with images: Export all ranges as pictures and creates a new web page with navigation, scripts links etc. in less than a minute.
Export as web page with flash movies: Export all ranges as pictures, creates automatically the flash movie and the web page with flash movie embedded.
Export as web page with tables and images: Export all ranges as tables and charts as images and creates a new web page with frames, navigation, links or menus etc.
Export as pictures: This will save all selected ranges as individual images. You can customize the format for exported pictures and the size. Also you could create thumbnails for each exported range.
Export as Word or PDF document: This will save the ranges as Microsoft Word or PDF documents
For each selected range a new PDF will be created.
On Word export, a new single Microsoft Word document will be created containing as pages the selected ranges.
