XL-Addin: Worksheets compare
XL-Addin offers two very useful tools for auditors, managers and workbook owners to evaluate the complexity
and the correctitude of Excel workbooks: Workbook analyzer and Worksheets compare.
The second tool very useful for auditing is the Worksheet compareThis feature allow user to quickly compare worksheets/ranges from the same or from different workbooks or even from the same worksheet.
Its strength lies in its ability to review any two version of an Excel spreadsheet past or present, and display the differences. Auditors, spreadsheet owners or managers are now able to quickly identify areas of key concern and to compare the changes found against the known changes.

Could compare entire sheet or only selected range from different or even from the same sheets.
It could identify not only changes in formulas or values but could identify also structural changes/differences;
Compare cells by cells formats parameters like fonts, cells protection, pattern (colour), cells alignment, orientation and number format) Comparisons could be done by values or by formulas;
